Please note that certain exclusive drops and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included inside the box.

  Ship to Solaris

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of approval.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our inspection team confirms the items meet our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
